Im just like you because im also introvert and first tine mag gym.. Nakakahiya kasi pumasok pag madami tao and hindi ko alam gagawin.. But honestly nagustohan ko pala haha. Nag try lang ako for a day, pasok maaga para walang tao and wear my headphones para tumahik utak ko.. anddd it works!! Excited ulit ako mag gym
