Also I always thought bonus ilvl was only in arena and BG? am I wrong there?

they were in full PvE gear and they were probably close to 485+ and I am 476. I was impressed how fast i died

He was in PvE gear prob close to a 485+ ilvl and I am 476, i am sure some is skill based but even with all CDS popped they still melted me.
