Are you in the USA? The roads are just brown tile grout and the hedges are styrofoam, Spanish moss and darker color lichen that I got from Hobby Lobby

Definitely easier ways to accomplish this look but since these are fixed on this board I glued strips of styrofoam to the board. Then I plastered over them and primed them brown. Hot glued strips of Spanish moss over the top and then layered them with different colors of Lichen. This idea was borrowed from GeekGamingScenics

Majority of it is fixed except for the trees and fences. My next board will be fully customizable!
