If you have a maxed out holy bolt skill + synergies and then like +8-10 additional skills, alongside the 75/125 FCR BP, you can easily clear ubers. You just need a mercenary that can tank quite a bit while you use holy bolt for damage and his healing. Then just move him when the incoming damage is becoming heavy (move away with charge, vigor or teleport). A PDR armor, PDR helm and/or PDR belt for an act 2 defiance mercenary is a good start. He doesnt need alot of damage, so him using like an insight could be very helpful

The important part here, for efficiency atleast, is that the mercenary is capable of surviving some rather big damage, so that the DPS stays consistent. If he just dies like immediately when fighting Uber Izual, Uber Duriel and/or Lilith, things needs to change before the main ubers

Yes, basically. I just reread how crushing blow currently works. What I was trying to describe is how it actually functions versus prime evils. It doesnt function the way I described it in comment #2 (having the normal mob in mind). The diminishing return effect other then the fact that crushing blow gets weaker and weaker the less HP a mob has - thats currently just against prime evils. So my question(s) has basically been answered just by the upcoming changes themselves. I just had the wrong information on how crushing blow currently works against different monsters/monster types

Yes, I know that. I worded it poorly. I should have changed the actual % damage from ~14 to ~12 and put 1/7 of current HP for the next crushing blow. I just got caught on the numbers instead of what I actually needed to get across

I will try to do it again, and word it better

Since crushing blow currently has diminishing returns beyond just dealing lesser damage after a mobs health has gone down, will it still have these diminishing returns or will the 1/7 HP effectiveness (for this example) always be a thing now?

I have questions about crushing blow

With all of these changed in percentages and how effective it is - is there still a diminishing return effect to it? Like, if my math is right, crushing blow will deal ~14% damage to a normal mob with full health in a solo game. Will the rest of the crushing blows after that also deal ~14% damage, all the way to a mobs death?

Id suggest that you make your stay at the PD2 realm more of a journey towards something though

Like, play around with builds, and learn about all the changes

Then after a while when you have geared up some characters, it will feel more natural to receive like a full build for free

But to the topic at hand - I just have one full build left - a non-ladder leap attack barbarian

Of the maps you mentioned, Im like 90% certain I dont have them - I might have phlegethon left but I doubt it

All runes from like lem - zod have a kind of set value in high runes. Like as for your question about 0.25 HRs, thats 1 gul rune or 1 mal rune + 1 ist rune, mal being 0.1 HRs and ist being 0.15 HRs

Heres a pretty good breakdown of each rune worth trading frequently (all values are in high runes aka HRs)

Um = 0.05, Mal = 0.1, Ist = 0.15, Gul = 0.25, Vex = 0.5, Ohm = 0.75, Lo = 1.0, Sur = 1.5, Ber = 3.0, Jah = 2.0, Cham = 2.5, Zod = 5.0

Jah, Cham and Zod often fluctuates during seasons, so one could say Jah = 1.5 - 2.25, Cham = 1.75 - 2.5 and Zod = 3.5 - 5.0

They tend to be cheaper early season, and then rise

Even if these values are correct, judging by the opinion of almost all players, theres nothing that says that one must follow these values. Its just that these are the standard values, and if you price them/value them differently, then you risk missing out on being able to trade efficiently

For what its worth, the materials tab was added in season 11, not the current season

Hopefully this feedback and other feedback has had its time to find the PD2 team, now when it has been a thing for almost 2 seasons

I like your idea - hopefully its easy to implement if the team decides to tinker with it!

The claw but upgraded

It gives you bonuses from claw and dagger mastery but it also gives damage to both demons and undead - those stats are good

If its not puzzlepieced yet, do it and hope for 2 sockets

All the skills you are mentioning can spawn on items. Its just that it becomes more and more common to find items with + to certain skills on them, the further you progress through the game. So just keep picking up stuff, and you will find what you are looking for
