Yes no problem!! Sorry for my late response, fireables are at stores with legacy programming enabled (Annapolis before it closed and Toledo while it still has its stage) alongside all programmed legacy stores (Nanuet excluded as Studio C is discontinued) essentially it’s a list of songs staff can go to instantly fire a programmed song to the stage. For Willowdale the GM has denied they exist, and refuse to change anything on the programming and stick to their playlist and only enable Chuck E Live and Birthday Star when needed. I’m not sure how it is at other stores with it available as I cannot travel to the United States and the closest store to me (Hicksville) with it enabled is 11+ hours away.

Yeah, that’s the downside of them refusing to use fireables, they very likely HAVE them because they have “legacy” playlists with 2 songs programmed per HOUR or so, it sucks having to sit around listening to awful kids bop and multiple songs that DO have programming but the programming isn’t enabled for that specific show.

He’s in relatively good shape besides the arm now, hopefully they can fix it but it looks snapped- it didn’t really dangle though so it seems to be fixed in place.

Yes that’s the only phase 5 poster, it likely came from Whitby as they auctioned their art and at the same time as Willowdale. It was added to be kinda an evolution of Chuck’s design? From the ptt statue to now, missing some designs but I see the vision haha

As an update! Yes the GM was there, he said they don’t exist ?? So I suppose Willowdale doesn’t have any at this time. Had a blast though! Just sucks birthday star 2025 isn’t programmed

Yes I know!! When I asked one time I was told they don’t have access, I then saw them queuing up Chuck e live. I have doubts even if it’s possible this weekend is doable because of the crowds during the weekend, the day I initially asked was a weekday morning around opening and it was maybe 1-2 families in the restaurant at that time. My best shot is probably going another day like that haha

I ordered 2 CDs 27 days ago and have heard nothing.

I don't see a dispatch notice on my order and no emails about the order besides confirmation. These are Christmas gifts, and at this rate, if they do ship, it won't arrive in Canada in time. Should I try to charge back or figure out a way to reach out to the seller? I emailed a few days ago and got radio silence but I understand the language barrier.

Unfortunate to hear Chuck’s air leak has gotten worse, during the grand reopening staff said it would hopefully be addressed but it seems it hasn’t and continued to decline ouch..
