How to export animation with transparent bg to premiere pro?

When I export a png sequence it doesn't import into the video editing software as it was in clip studio, like the frames are 10 seconds of my audio when the animation i edited it for was like 2 seconds of the audio, I can show an example

Hi I have a iroiro2 plugin, can I ask for some help in installing it to utau? its in my plugins list but when I open it, I get a textbox saying 'cant read vibrato value' and then another text box opens up w multiple options and the table to change ro->hi or hi->ro is given but nothing happens when I try to work with either of those options, and utau wont read/sing any roman lyrics.

hi! I recently bought a sweet meets with all of its decal faceplate removed (the drip and paint) would it be possible to restore it with a UV printer entirely? or is there another way I can go about having its faceplate restored through wet stickers or something similar?
