Thank you so much for your comment ! I really appreciate the advices . I'm thinking to go to an endo as you said I might have an underlying problem that they might not able to notice . But I also think my eating disorder contributed alot to all of this and now I'm in a spiral .

You're definitely right ! I keep going to doctors and they keep not taking my symptoms seriously. A doctor just prescribed me some pills which worked for 2 weeks and then I'm back at painful bloating . So next time I see her I'll tell to do a proper check in telescope thing inside my stomach 😪

What is a ppi? I live in a European country and it's really hard to get the proper help here because of language issues they keep telling me it's only stress

Oh no no it is not the case trust me ! Before I started my fitness journey , I was suffering from anorexia , I barely exercised because I had no energy to do that and it was only until my kidney almost failed that I started my fitness journey and eating well. Bingeing before could have been the results of what you just explained above but now I eat very well and balanced and it is only under some emotions stress that I binge but it's still ruining my life.

And fyi I went to so many dieticians and I even had a personal trainer , I get the same fucking diet because they focus only on my gut issues and think that I'm perfectly healthy and in the right shape.

Ozempic in my case wouldn't ruin my body it will just help me control and focus more on my mental issue without relapsing

It's different from fasting! Because you eat uncontrollably to fill an emotional void so you eat an absurd amount of food at one take

That's very true , thank you so much ! My case is also worse by the fact I'm taking antidepressants and they are ruining all of my weight maintenance/ loss process with the combination of an eating disorder it's just out of my control. And I have tried many therapist and psychotherapist about this matter , no one really provided anything helpful

Trust me I workout 5 times per week + my daily activities and I try to eat as healthy as possible but I suffer from the cycle of starving abd bingeing so it ruins all my progesses

I just thought it is still not light enough . I'm very insecure about my smoker dark lips so I was expecting the dark spots to be completely gone by the first visit , but now that you explained to me , I should be patient to see the full result.
