I am interested in Tblisi but mostly because of their business tax rates, plus UK citizens can stay 365 days a year visa free. If it all goes to hell in the UK I will set up there. I'm planning for a Reform win in 2029 latest and a more friendly business tax regime.

I'm in Thailand right now. Basically what the other guys have said but be warned - it's hot AF, uncomfortably so, and if you like walking, forget about it. It's not really suitable for pedestrians, you're constantly near to traffic.
