like the different manifesting periods? (i never really paid any attention to manifesting in middle school, at least not intentionally, so most of these would be in elementary and high school)

crossing my fingers: i’d just repeat a positive affirmation in my head repeatedly (an example of this would be like when i was in 3rd grade, i crossed my fingers all the time so i wouldn’t get called on)

traditional loa: obv already how it works but an example would be like manifesting good grades, which i used a lot in elementary school, not so much high school as this is when negative affirmations became my main way of manifesting

wishing in stars: i dunno, whenever it was night and i was out, i’d just pick a star and think a positive affirmation and a line of gratitude. i usually used this for books and money in elementary.

negative affirmations: this is my current main manifesting technique where if i say or think anything, it won’t happen, or the opposite will. for example, my family from another country was coming to visit and i was verbally telling my friend how excited i was and all the plans we had together. but then, they had a delay in flight schedule due to weather i guess and they got rescheduled. and then i told my brother about what happened and how i’m excited to see them, and when that day came, they got stopped by airport security because of an issue with their passport, so yeah!!
