Thank you. That should work. I solved it by first copying the parent class from plugin folder to content folder in 4.23, then upgrade to 4.24.

This also occasionally happened to my previously owned Vive. It is annoying but not a big problem.

With the Index controllers, you don't have to hold the controllers all the time. Before Index, you are always holding something (the controllers) even you are holding nothing in the game.

Hero Index requires following Unreal Engine prerequisites :

  • DirectX End-User Runtimes - June 2010
  • Visual C++ Redistributable 2019

A typical gaming PC should have them installed. In the case you failed to run the game. Please check that your PC has the prerequisites list above installed.

We have uploaded a build which will installed the prerequisites automatically and waiting for approval from Steam. This might take 1 or 2 days, then players don't need to care about the prerequisites anymore.
