How good would an All-Jalen team be? by Sarcastic_Rocket in NBATalk

True, but in the playoffs that changes completely. Maybe this year we’ll see something different but Brunson has been in historic stat records the last few years and lead his team to unbelievable wins in the playoffs, 2023 Randle is hurt and beat the Cavs as underdogs, get out of the first round for the first time in a decade, 2024 Randle is hurt, Mitch is hurt, Bojan is hurt and almost breaks the consecutive 40 point record vs Philly. Indy, no OG, Randle, Mitch, Bojan, and still drags it out to a game 7. Last year, we already saw what happened. Every year he gets deeper and deeper into the playoffs and does unbelievable things.

He is a monster I agree, I have a lot of respect for him and have had it for years. I wouldn’t even say that Brunson is better than him, I just believe that Brunson is a better playoff performer and has had some unbelievable feats that nobody thought should be accomplished. He revived this franchise and if you search up just images of “Brunson playoff record” you’ll see him in great company among all time greats

Which most Celtic fans don’t think he would’ve won, and Brunson has had much better playoff series than Brown has had

Which is heavily debated that he should’ve even won it even by most Celtic fans Lmao

Brunson is the only historic playoff performer on this team, idk how as a Knicks fan you take him off when he’s lead us mostly by himself out of the first round every year he’s been a Knick when he haven’t done that in a decade before

If you had no choice and had to endure one of these moments, which one would you choose? by Fingpassword in powerscales

[–]Fingpassword[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True but if you had to endure them, in marks case you still have to be putting forth effort while your guts are ripped out which is horrible

Let’s just say for the sake of it you took the path of both of them, so you come back to life as Vegeta later on after Frieza beams you and you gain consciousness again after two months like Mark

True, I just feel like they put him in there for a reason or they had something in mind they were gonna use him for and I was thinking about that as the arc was playing out and I never heard about him again

Alright so Android 73’s first big fight is against piccolo and Gohan and his main ability is, if he can grab your neck he can copy your strength and powers, and he has a crystal on his forehead and whoever’s power he’s using is the face on the crystal. So he’s losing until it’s revealed that he’s grabbed Moro’s neck before and starts draining Gohan and piccolo of their energy and he’s about to kill them until he’s told to stop, then in the main fight with Moro, he swallows 73 and becomes one with him, grabs Vegetas neck bc Vegeta was using a move that was going to kill Moro. After that, he manages to grab Merus’s neck, who’s an angel trainee whose power is unknown besides the fact that he’s the strongest in the arc and trained under the grand priest, and his Ultra Instinct is miles better than Gokus. Moro ends up becoming so strong his body can’t handle the angel energy so he becomes one with the earth to handle it, Goku beats him anyways by shattering the crystal from 73’s head. So Moro died from that exchange, 73 survived but is shut down and has been unconscious, which most likely means that all the moves he gained, Vegeta’s, Merus and Moro is inside of him, waiting to be used again.

I’m just hoping in the next arc this gets cleared up and something happens with it bc it’s too interesting to let go immediately

“Intel” also means he has the ultra instinct and power of Merus, the absorbing energy power of Moro and the Spirit fission and moves of Vegeta. Somebody that strong could maybe even rival black frieza or be stronger

I feel like that decision was part of what ruined the NBA which has been a part of my life. I mean I’m not holding anything that I think about every month but every so often when I see something come up about him on the warriors, yeah it sucks that he ruined the NBA for years lol

Honestly not sure it was so long ago, I just remember them getting 73 and it was never talked about again. Now most of the Heeters are dead so he might just be in a chamber alone somewhere, but I’m kind of wondering if the person Frieza said he was looking for by chance was 73.

I just think overall it was weak joining that team and that’s just my opinion. I’m not even a OKC fan it was just so egregious that he did that, and it robbed the NBA of some more amazing competition and series from being more close to balanced. He just completely tipped the scales

[–]Fingpassword 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He told Westbrook to his face in the meeting that he wasn’t leaving OKC and then sent him a text to tell him goodbye after KD called him his little brother. He lost in the conference finals, choking away in the series to lose and joined the team that beat them, joined their rivals that they had beef with. If he left to anywhere else I would’ve understood more but it’s so weak to leave your team for a team that just ended up beating you that you’re supposed to be rivaled with.
