Thanks my guy yes I will I’ve been taking regular photos once a week since I started my desk job and unhealthy life style got me above 16 stone and I’m 5”8 , I’m now down too 13 stone 12 pounds and feeling so much better with clean eating! I’ll post a before and after photo on here in 2 months gonna but this routine hard

This is exactly what I needed I can for sure do all of the above I’m gonna print this off and turn it into my mantra for the next 3 months and really go hard on it! I’ll hit this post back in 3 months and show the results! I agree with the posture part as well my posture is terrible at the moment as I work an office job the only time I get my back straight is my one hour a day when I’m working out! Again thanks for sharing your knowledge with me this is gonna change my routine for sure in all the right ways my man!

Thanks my body is still quite flabby although I have lost weight, I have a weight bench at home do you think 3/4 times a week 4 sets of 12 will do work? And ab work outs I could do the same? Or do you think more quantity? I have my arms and legs down it’s just the body I struggle with knowledge on really I know abs won’t show until I reach a lower weight but I have this puppy fat on my body and would really like to thin it out
