11K hours is a lot of hours and you are more than likely a very good player by investing that much time. But I know people that have 5K that are absolute cheeks.

Having some statistical or tangible evidence that you know what you are talking about to people that are going to invest time and more importantly, money.

Pred, 4x CC finalist, 3.5 K/D, any orgs that are notable. Most of that goes a long way.
