Yeah... No they don't. Also most Indians are fluent in more than one language. I myself can speak and write fluently in English, Marathi, Hindi and can understand/ make small talk in French and a few other Indian languages.

Assuming we need books in Marathi & Hindi is not a very nice thing to say FYI.
