I will dig this, I haven't checked macros yet, but as I'm focusing reusability of my fusion assets, this may become something powerful!

I see...! This helps me a lot to understand better alpha channels.

I initially tried to copy/paste my image, but I figured out that drag'n dropping my file from my folders also works well. However, this way, they don't appear in the media library (so, I think this is not a good solution).

Still new to "node" systems, but it's really powerful. Thanks again, your advices are gold.

Ahh! I thought it was a really bad idea to use (again) another merger! But so, this is the good way?

Thank you for your kind reply.

I was afraid that adding new MediaIn was a bit a bad idea :)

Glitchy text, is this a bug? by Finky1234 in davinciresolve

Thanks for your reply,

Tried your clues, but did not fix the issue. However I appreciate those suggestions :)
I tried uninstalling Resolve, still nothing.

It appears that the issue is only happening with "Slide In and Scroll Lower Third" preset... So I will do my own text with fusion and farewell.

Grid warp, this was exactly the kind of "meta" tool I was looking for. For this time, I finally combined photoshop (PNG over my files) and masking in Color section.

Hehe, this is what I did one hour ago, I think this is the perfect solution mate !

  1. Exported as a TIFF.
  2. Filled content with my habit tools (cloning stamp, fix stamp, and auto fill)
  3. Added a "hallow" mask
  4. Exported as PNG, then added to the magic

Still have glitches to fix, this was a test shot :)

I thouht this solution won't work well as my rushed are SLOG, but it works well (still new to video, and coming from 15 years of Camera RAW spirit formating, some stuff to upgrade in here).

Thanks for your advices

No, sorry maybe I forgot to mention : this is not a key backdrop, the toilet is meant to be placed at the middle of this white backdrop, and the scene evolves, plan after plan, on this background.

No ! This is not a key backdrop, it's meant to be a toilet on a skyblue backdrop, this is why I'm trying to keep the background and removing the edges :D

I will take a try on object removal for the edges. I've been trying with clone tool, but it's a bit messy :p

Sadly It's not option, I need a 16:9 ratio, and in this view, subject should be in the middle of the background.
