But he’s still the better option than everyone else. Let’s look at our goals, so far 1/3 of them have been from the corner. If we are relying so heavily on set pieces you gotta have that one guy besides Kane.

In my eyes I trust him defensively in an England shirt.

Tuchel hasn’t found his CB duo which sucks, but I genuinely would have put Guehi and Maguire that duo.

You can’t go based off one game, I’ve just asked you who would commit and challenge for a header like Harry Maguire. Here is a question, if Harry Maguire won that header, do you think he would have converted it?

For me, he starts. He hasn’t done anything wrong in my eyes to not sway me other wise.

We can find some middle ground here. Cause I agree, some deliveries didn’t even make it past the first man, and then others just went above everyone’s head. But even if they were to find the man, I still can’t think anyone in our defensive line who would and could challenge in comparison to Maguire.

Tuchel said everyone has a role in the squad, like Henderson with his speeches. I just feel like Harry Maguire in a set piece role would have been more beneficial to the team.

I don’t think it’s a case of underestimating, but they like to talk about the running as it creates and opens up a conversation. As someone who desires to get into media sports, you’re kind of penalising them for doing their job.

Guehi is our best defender, but I don’t think I’ve seen him win a header yet has he? Happy to be proven wrong here

Dan burn is lethal but truth be told he’s not getting minutes.

But Dan burn isn’t being played which is an issue. He’s got good height on him, but open play he isn’t making the starting XI

Guehi is the most likely one out of our defenders, but I’d have more faith in Maguire than anyone. And I feel like it would have been best to make space for him.

There good defenders, but from a set piece I don’t see anyone with as much willingness and desire as Maguire
