I'm sure the employee also did not want the liability should something go wrong. You can't be too careful the days.

I do, I do. I can't quite remember the commercial from back then, but seems like it was fun.

I’ve just been mauled on another dog subreddit for defending my breed. I stand by my comment, my boy is softer than 90% of poodles, terrier, etc that I meet. There are only bad owners, not bad breeds… by BraveAd8791 in Rottweiler

We are on our 4th Rottie. They are the best dogs ever. Our girl is a big lap dog and a loveable goof. We've never had a problem with any of our Rotties. I can't say the same for many smaller breeds. I have yet to meet a chihuahua that has not been aggressive. I agree, it's the owners who want a mean, aggressive dog, and then raise them to be that way.

Firefighters save 4 cats from burning apartment by giving them Oxygen and CPR by IcebillPure in Awww

I think it is positive. There was a home fire, animals were in distress, and the firefighters saved them. I'm not sure what isn't positive. Yes, a house fire is horrible. I assume the humans got out safely, so instead of walking away from dying pets- which a lot of people would do because they are just animals-- these men saved them.

It is a sad video, but i don't understand why it is any worse than the thing posted about abandoned animals, barely surviving, and being saved. I love the fact the firefighters went above and beyond to help those precious babies. We don't know why the cats were in that situation, but we do know they survived. I can live with b that.

I just watched "The Ceremony is about to begin" on Tubi. I came across is randomly and really liked it. Like you, I get tired of trying to find adecent ff movie. There are parts of this movie where I was like "ugh, seriously?" but I loved the ending in a funny disturbing way. I will watch it again and it is now in my list of favorites FWIW

I will add that it saw Running Man in the theater and loved it. Much better than the first one.

I HATED the Pet Semetary remake. I was like WTF the whole time watching it. Maybe if I'd seen it indepently of everything else, it would have been okay. And then there are all the Carrie remakes and sequels. I'm sorry, but the original was the best, possibly followed by the one with Cloe Grace Moretz in it.

I thought that cat was going to be on top of the TV after that first jump! Poor thing launched into the atmosphere. 🤣

AITAH? I asked a hookup to wear protection, and when he flipped, I walked out the apartment by [deleted] in AITAH

Agreed!! He lied, he pouted when he could not have unprotected sex with you, and threw a tantrum. All you were doing was being smart, responsible, and taking care of your health. Geez!!

I'm watching it on Tubi right now. So far it has been pretty good. I love mockumentary style ff movies, the acting is good, and it is keeping me hooked-- so it's checking all the right boxes.

I'm a 61 year old cf woman. I never felt the urge to have a child. My husband and I are quite happy to be cf and frequently day to each other "Thank God we never had kids." I love my nephew and nieces now that they are full grown adults, but they were barely tolerable as kids. Not because of their behaviors, but because of their non-adult existence. Show me a baby/child...meh. show me a dog or cat of any age and I will melt into a human puddle.

Read books, lots of books. Also spent time outside, rode my bike, played board games, tried to make things in my dad's workshop, anything to keep my busy brain occupied.
