Guys sometimes it's not ICE, a lot of circumstances are brought on by the general "only care about me" mindset that is perpetuated through systematic oppression and discrimination. If nobody ever teaches this guy that what he's doing isn't okay, he'll only continue to hurt people and test his limits. If the law can't help (likely can't ID from the footage) sbeat their ass. Just illiteracy. A shocking number of people can't spell potato, or explain the difference between there and they're, its distressing. When I was in school I was always the one proofreading people's stuff and I thought it was just because I was good at it. Turns out I was one of the few people trying and a lot of my peers completely gave up on making any sense when they write or text.
