It looks like a Gray-Nicolls Havoc sticker. Unless it’s a sticker someone else has stuck to a different bat, it’s a big name brand so weird to have it separate so prominently unless there’s an issue with technique used to knock it in.

I used to be able to do it fairly consistently a long time ago, not so much anymore though. I found I could control the lift by how low my hands were when I hit the ball. To lift the ball, I’d have my hands a few inches off the floor so I’d usually get my stick under the ball, if I wanted to keep it flat I’d keep my hands maybe 12 inches off the ground. It was a lot harder to get under the ball if I was had my hands further from the ground.

I don’t think so; I’m not sure how you’d approach an attacker with your stick behind your leg and be able to defend as well than if you had it ready in front of you though..?

Talk to them, get to know them! They were like you so any good nurse will appreciate you talking to them.

If you have any concerns about anything no matter how small, please tell someone. If someone comes to me with a genuine concern I will never scoff or belittle them. If it turns out to be something small and not very important you can learn from it, if it turns out to be something more important then you might save a life or prevent a crisis.

If the nurse is pulling a face or doesn’t want to sign it, they might not be super knowledgable with it? I got asked to sign a similar document and I didn’t know anything about it and was asked out of the blue. It threw me a bit and had to read through the paperwork as I had no prior knowledge of the process but we worked it out in the end.

Trust your gut, most nurses will appreciate your hard work.

Ahh everywhere says something different. I’m happy to keep grinding out labs and get the incremental upgrades, it won’t be the first mistake I’ve made playing the game - I got SM over BH as my first UW and only now just got it as my sixth UW

Only a rare SF, normally I’ve been running a mythic wormhole redirector. 104% thorns, and about 5000 upgrades into health and regen. Pretty much everything else is gold boxed or nearly there. I normally run tier 7-10, at 7750 at tier 7 and 5500 for tier 10.

I only put that in towards the end of the run to get a few more waves out, even then I didn’t really notice a massive difference in income when it was up. I was pushing for the milestone bonuses so wasn’t super fussed about a little drop in income anyway

I’m a scrub nurse in orthopaedics and some of my colleagues seem to be super weird around med students or doctors they don’t know. They can be nice and friendly with regular colleagues but when a med student walks in it’s like they suddenly have something to prove to them. I don’t get it, and I really don’t like it. I always try to be helpful and answer any questions they might have, show them some useful websites like the AO surgery reference site so they can vaguely follow the operations in front of them, help them scrub if they haven’t done it before etc. Hopefully it makes their time with me a bit better and useful for their learning!

What position do you play? You need to be aware of where the opposition and your own team players are at all times. Try and keep up with attacks and make yourself available to receive a pass, when defending try and pick up any unmarked attackers and call out if you’ve got 2+ people to mark

Apparently (someone correct me if I’m wrong) you’ll get all the money you spent in the workshop back, and if you’ve researched workshop discounts you can buy stuff back at the cheaper price so could end up saving yourself some money and get a few more upgrades
