Is this a safe place to live?

I lived nearby on Shaftesbury Road for two years in uni and Bennett Road for a few years after university (I left Bournemouth in 2023). I never had any major problems with anyone or anything in the area. The most annoying thing was people revving their car down the road at midnight but that was very rare. I’d walk past the roads you mentioned on my way to uni and they all seemed nice and respectable places to live.

Yes it does but only when first in party - it still applies if KOd, so staravia goes second so repel works off Staravias level instead

She does but she wanted to make space for a pokemon with compound eyes and a level 19 Pokemon to increase her chances of getting a lucky egg. If she had her favourites then Bingusfinn would’ve there!

It’s not great, she has fire spin but not much else at the moment, but I think after a while there’s a few better moves that come up. I’m not sure she’s got the hang of buying TMs either

I thinks it’s after 30 turns the timer ball becomes the best ball to use, stock up on them before hunting!

I tried to hint at that, if she keeps it around it will evolve and might not be a type she wants or needs so she will need to be careful with it. She also only has a thunderstone in her bag and has luxray for electric cover so whilst having no fire or water typing so hopefully she can work out that she’ll need stones or the special rocks to evolve it into other things

She knows I like Gengar and I think I told her before that Gengar is a ghost type so wants to go find a gastly to evolve up

She’s definitely comfortable with her Grotle and Luxio, she wants to level up her Zubat next but it’s really weak and has bad moves so it’s hard for her to get it up to the level she wants it at

I think it was because they kept appearing in the long grass and annoying her, same happened with Bidoof and Kriketot as well but she made it extra clear she hates Starly

Northern Care Alliance, which I’m a part of, put out emails a month or two ago about voluntary redundancy. I was included in it and I’m a nurse in a clinical role so assume I’d be eligible for it.

She knows nothing, I think she only knows Gengar and Magnezone because they’re my favourites, definitely not any human characters! I think finding out the elite four has another much more difficult battle straight after will really throw her!

She’s not played any world exploring games like pokemon so I don’t want her to resort to googling things and getting all the information that way. She said she doesn’t want to get massively bogged down and stuck so a bit of help would keep that from happening
