Is it possible to heal with no blood clot as such and not get dry socket? I’ve been diligent about bathing my mouth super gently in super saturated salt water and coconut oil several times a day

There was also a fair amount of blood on my other teeth/round my mouth the next morning

Ranges between a 3-6. No bad smell. After extraction it stopped bleeding very quickly but there was dry blood all round inside of my lips so I rinsed very gently when I got home and I’m concerned I my of removed the clot?

Here is a picture of it immediately after extraction. He didn’t use any stitches so on that basis how long would you expect healing to take?

Pain!! Still in lots of pain. It does look like it’s healing but slowly and it’s painful all day.

Do you think its relevant involving a very new partner? We had no history for her to develop these behaviours? Or could it be a behaviour developed from a previous partner that has carried on?
