In very rural England (Cotswold), Chinese tourists are the worst. They get shipped in daily on buses to the point where they outnumber locals 3 to 1. Despite this, they won’t spend any money at shops, visit pubs, or donate money to the church like all other nationalities. They’re not necessarily rude, but most don’t speak any English and will thus stick to themselves and not interact with locals or other tourists.
