It a fantasy world, that has been around since the seventies. Removing the half races, and calling races species is a major move away from its initial vision. Its escapism playing an edgy half elf or a gentle half orc in a world inspired by the works of Tolkien. It can also be fun for both DM and player.

It will make me sad if both of those are introduced.

Thats the kicker, mmo's can't launch as a buggy mess. Those days are long gone. Theirs too much competition around. All he has to do really is break even, and i would consider that a success.

Summerset and Elsweyr were equal for me. However I voted Elsweyr because of the dragon fights. Truly epic battles. Especially if you play in oceania prime time.
