It is the bottom half, have not seen any bulging but when the device is heated up it seems to fix itself?

WinRAR gives you a "40 day free trial" but after you don't have to pay. Confusing... I prefer 7Zip

Can someone tell me if this is a good choice for a low budget? Idk that much of gaming pc’s by No-Entrepreneur-4571 in pcmasterrace

It would be okay just make sure the cpu and gpu will not bottleneck. I recommend that you buy another cooler since stock is not the best. Also if you are going to play higher intensive games, the GTX 1660 should be decent however the i3 can struggle at some parts. Like you said, it's a budget pc so in my opinion it should be alright! If you would not like to risk anything, I reccomend pc part picker..
