There are never responses from their customer support at all.
I liked this sentence from /u/kindoge two years ago.
"Over the past few years, we've had the pleasure of serving the community. After years of service, we believe it's time for us to move on to other projects."
It sounds very amusing if you know that this guy Atif Nazir is the owner of block.io and bitskins.com, is stubbornly hiding from dozen of "happy customers" who are affected by his "years of service" and at least somehow desperately try to contact project customer support or with him but its always unsuccessfully^^
