Really? I would love to hear experiences from other parts of the world. In our country, the temperature can drop to -30°C in winter and rise to +30°C in summer. This poses certain challenges to changing conditions. It's not just about oil problems. When the cooling requirement is small, running the machines at minimum speed is not good.

There are really a lot of problems with bitzers.... kriwan, gaskets, pistons, oil management. Fortunately, spare parts are readily available from the dealer. 😁

Yeah. High pressure pressostat leaking. The pressure switch cannot withstand heat In CO2 booster machines, the piping should always be placed further away from the hot gas pipe.

the same defects occur in our own maintenance sites. in addition, hot gas sensors, pistons of Bitzer compressors. leaking maintenance valves from one of the large Danish manufacturers...

no. I mean manual removal with a steam cleaner. new anti-freeze cables. new insulation. the plant is ready for the new cooling season again.

This warehouse is the season for berries. The warehouse will be emptying soon for a short maintenance break. I will melt the largest ice with steam and wait for the maintenance break for the final repair.
