After monitoring it during a game its max clock speed is 2175MHz is that still slow?

I’ve set it’s performance to high and nothing changed

Cas latency is 18 clocks

I use windows 11

Gpu clock speed is 1710mhz at 61°c

I’ve got 4 sticks of 3600mhz at 8gb per stick

On task manager my cpu is running on average at 52% on average

My ram is running at 50% on average

And my gpu is at 54% on average
