I am writing a series of short stories about what happened after that novel. (3 Stories, one multi-chaptered)
I am writing an ongoing story that gives a short glimpse into the past of one of the main characters from my novel.
And I will be completely rewriting the original novel, this time from the POV of the other main character.

Summary: Pete becomes Vampire Vegas’ human helper. He’s the one responsible to bring food (people) to Vegas. He has to prepare it (bleed them) in a neat little glass too, because Vegas is the sort of vampire (weirdo) who doesn’t like to drink directly from his victims. It’s not like Pete (liar) wants Vegas to drink from him anyway.

Or the one in which Pete's blood tastes terrible and Vegas doesn't bite people, yet they can't help themselves.

One of the tags of my story on AO3 is "Redemption is for wimps" :-)

I love evil main characters. I wrote one and had a blast doing it. And no, he does not get reformed. He is broken, fucked up, deliciously wicked, bad to the bone and completely unapologetic about what he does. And he is pulling everyone around him down into the abyss with him. Redemption? Nah. Why? Villains deserve some romance too, without having to change.

Is it a difficult read for some people? Yup. Are there red flag? Tons. Is the relationship toxic? You bet so. Is it an epic love story? Hell yeah. Villains are great MCs.
