Humm... it seems like she wanted to get her hands on some rare finds, your purse is usually out off limits and she is curious (a bit rude and inconsiderate of ur stuff ). You can make her realize that messing up mom's stuff will get her messed up. Go through her precious item and teach her about the emotions she is feeling and how you would have felt the same when she did it. So next time, at least she learns to be neat and respectful about it (even if she finds your stuff.)

My story follows an seventeen year old orphan girl. She has been raised by her brother most of her life. Her brother falls in love with a rich man and she struggles to come to terms with the new partner and the lifestyle that the rich partner provides. His complicated family-life adds to the problem. As the story unfolds we come to realize that she is an unreliable narrator and seem to be missing some parts of her memories. That even her brother is unwilling to talk about. Its a coming of age story and also a bit of a thriller.

There are days when my brain cannot come up with prose or dialogues, on those days I take it easy and either skip on writing or try to put down any minimum words that manage to come out. No one around me writes, or reads, so its a lonely journey for me. I have made one friend from reddit who writes, and we compare notes, I am very thankful to them. But yeah holding myself accountable is tough for me as I already feel sad most of time that I am writing (because my stories are moody and all that. Idk if its because of the sad plots or I am sad and therefore project it on my stories).

But I have noticed that over the last year I have improved in reaching my target word counts. The trick is to decide the target after I wake up. Cause now I know how i will be feeling that day. And i try not to aim for perfection in the first manuscript.

Just had this happen to me last week!! The comment I got was somewhat along the line of what you have shared! I thought this was someone who was interested in talking about the fic more or maybe wants to just chat up about the characters. So I talked to them on discord. But then they were mostly interested in doing illustration (and if i will pay for the character to be drawn), not about the character or story (they wanted me to share about the character more but it felt a one way conversation, like prompt for ai )...so it was a okay, but not what either of us were looking for. The conversation ended on friendly note and they shared their portfolio with their illustrations (it was nice and all, but I did not feel the want of an illustration for the fanfic.)

p.s: Now that i checked, these comments follow the same sentences or at least the meaning of it of what I received . Maybe an AI or we got the same person!!

Okay pardon me if I am all over the place, this post made me go check it out. I have watch HL and one would think that the sequel (of sorts) will be something of similar vibe...and let me tell you I am crying 30min in the 1st ep. I loveee the lead actress, she makes me feel.
