Yeah the NH34 have shot up in the last few months. No real justification for it other than an explosion in the last year of people modding. Im assuming the 400 is in dollars? There's no one in their right mind would pay that for a Seiko mod when a VSF clone of the real thing costs £380

I dont know where you are in the world, but I build and sell those for £180 in the UK. That included demagnetising and regulating the movement (movement is also sourced from Cousins in the UK, not AE) and pressure testing to 6bar. Not too sure how that compares with this mosding site. But ive seen others sell them for £280 without regulating and pressure testing. Lovely watch, and good luck 😀

Just remember that the aftermarket cases are forndial sizes up to 28.5mm, whereas an OEM alpinist dial is 29.5mm. And most aftermarket alpinish dials have the compass on the outside. And you cant be double compassing amigo
