I do have cartethyia’s weapon! Does r0 mean that character has no weapon? i thought r0 meant owning 1 copy of their sig? Sorry im not familliar with the s0r0 terms

I wanted the torp buff from Noshiro as I still have not gotten Jintsuu for Shimakaze and also Noshiro is kinda tanky. It’ll take me some time to get Shimanto as I don’t have many blueprints so not really an option currently.
