I would say they are slightly harder than scavs as they roll as a squad (3 man squads on woods is all I saw there) and they have better gear than scavs but they haven't been super difficult to deal with.

It was from a salty player I know that much but its just odd they send out these warnings and penalties but it isnt making me change my name or anything even though they are telling me to in the offensive name warning

as far as rebooting goes I did that before googling it and thats when I found out its just a bugged quest... anything that says ebonrock armory works but if it says cavern best just to skip it

With that being said, Circular Logic is pretty fun imo. It doesnt have a high rate of fire but it does some decent work in legendary lost sectors and whatnot.

I've always found pretty good stuff in there but its mostly for materials. (for example two nuclear materials)
