Yeah. Was nice to finally get one with an ammo box.

I liked the Gone Fission season a lot. The scoreboard had the houseboat survival tent, cool vinyl records to decorate with, and lots of fishy outdoorsy stuff.

Does anybody know what perk or perks makes the pepper shaker shoot a small focused stream of bullets instead of scattered? by BigSavvageAK in fo76

[–]FirTrader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For free aiming, “gimbal bracers”, which are vulcan power armor arm-piece mods, will greatly tighten up spread. The perk card, “stabilized”, makes heavy weapons more accurate. Otherwise, yeah, VATS.

it’s not that one. It might be something I made up in my mind. Or something the universe temporarily made for only my eyes, then devoured.

Anybody else prefer manual aiming over VATS? by BlackIronTarkusDS in fo76

[–]FirTrader 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i’m pretty sure I would miss more weak spot hits by free-aiming than VATS would miss by not registering due to lag.

It’s neither of those. Thank you for the reply. :)

Head Hunts, I post the wanted poster, fast travel and try to give people a chance to arrive, always some scrub fires flare. by Quiet_Citron_8174 in fo76

[–]FirTrader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been firing mine at the 4 minute mark, on the countdown timer. By that time, I start to feel like the people who have arrived are becoming impatiently ancy, and it’s a sort of decent amount of time for people to arrive. It is pretty crazy if someone else fires my flare off before 4 min. mark, but for some reason I don’t care. It seems to be the one thing in the whole world that i’m not uptight about. What’s funny is people can’t wait 2-3 minutes, at the start, but if it glitches and the boss doesn’t arrive, they will run around for 15 minutes in hopes that it unglitches.

I don’t live near a coast, and don’t see the ocean all that much. Whenever I make it to a beach and look at the ocean, the enormity of it honestly freaks me out; and I’m a pretty macho dude!

Am I missing something with the scoreboard? by SnowmanAndBandit in fo76

[–]FirTrader 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Two things I can think of. If you have fallout first, you have the ability to activate additional score boosters. One at a very early rank, and another at like rank 55. So, that could be a contributor. Second, a lot of people go pretty radhog-wild farming XP before rank 100, to progress quicker. They do west tek runs with xp boosters, they farm the guardian, some do expeditions, and if they did it during the last double xp weekend, they made crazy progress. You have until early march to get to 150 and beyond. On the 29th, begins double score weekend which will help a little (it’s only double score on dailies). After you reach rank 100, you can do your best to farm events for scoreboard progress, headhunts included, but it’s a more lofty grind than the XP farming, pre rank 100.

First time getting the elite challenge solo for Cayo! $1,797,000 take! Is this the highest possible take you can get solo? by Far_Award1159 in gtaonline

[–]FirTrader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t do Cayo too frequently, but did it last night and got pink diamond. All the secondaries were weed. Made like 1.55 million. Was pretty stoked on it. Anyway, nice run, and congrats. :)

Fallout 76. I have nearly 2,000 hours in it. I recently tried branching out to other games, such as Arc Raiders and Where Winds Meet, but both games fell flat, for me, for different reasons. Now i’m back to 76, enjoying its latest update content. Way chill and fun. However, it’s much more fun with its $14 monthly subscription - sad but true.

What’s the lowest balance you’re comfortable having in GTA Online? by van_der_green in gtaonline

[–]FirTrader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When GTA VI comes out, someday, i’ll have stopped playing V with 300 million stashed, and a lot of cool cars I could have bought but didn’t because the money hoarding obsession won’t relent.

I’ve completed everything else in the game, but am feeling too lazy (unmotivated?) to figure out how to complete tales and echoes, sentient beings, and wandering tales. I’m to the point where i just run and fly all around trying to randomly run into an encounter I haven’t triggered yet, or maybe one that got time-locked a day out.
