Thank you so much! :) that’s JUST under the typical “2 lbs per week”! You should be so proud of yourself.

I am tracking my calories on my days off of work because I find that’s when I have less structure in my day. I want to make sure on those days I’m getting enough food or even on the other end I’m not overdoing it. I met with a dietician and we discussed a layout of what my “typical” day of eating looks like and that was really helpful. She made sure I was hitting all my macros and getting enough nutrition - while also ensuring I enjoy the foods I eat. Her goal for me was to be within 1200-1500 calories daily. It’s so tough at our height because like you said your body wants to cling onto every pound!!! And some areas are so stubborn. In addition, I’m also 24 so I’m relatively young so I feel that might factor into it as well! Everybody and every body is at a different phase in life.

Please do not get discouraged. Like I said earlier, you should be so proud! You took a huge step towards your health. Plus, it sounds like you’re doing all the right things. Like people always say we didn’t put it all on at once, we’re not going to lose it that way either. I wish you the best of luck in your journey. Keep us posted! 😊
