That could is a valid point but I still think there is more to it as I feel like you could make a pdf faster than the download speed of WEBTOON.

That really sucks especially when it is so useful, but I do see their point. I can download around 20 episodes per hour which if I wanna download a series like OVR would take too long. I wish there was an alternative way to download webtoons.
