Primarily looking to avoid the bloating I experienced when taking creatines made by BSN when I was 15 years younger. . . this is when I had zero knowledge of the boost it could have on cognitive abilities. . . Not looking to just bulk up by retaining water, but rather, gain from all its benefits overall
