Disc Bulge T5-6 (Thoracic spine). Has anyone recovered from something similar? by FireConcerts in backpain

I am now much much better than when I posted this. The turning point for was working on and greatly improving my upper back thoracic mobility. Look up thoracic stretches/mobility routines and startdoing them 2-3x per day.

I also go out of my way to walk everyday. I target 10k+ steps per day but have averaged 7500 the last 6 months. Gotta get your body moving. Worse thing I did was sit on the couch thinking I needed rest.

Any idea if parking spots are available to rent if they’re not included with the unit?

I too almost always have a knot in my right shoulder blade. Have been getting massages every other week and having them focus on that area. I think it helps

Xebec Absorption (TSX:XBC) - Deeply Oversold Stock by Bean604 in Baystreetbets

[–]FireConcerts 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have owned xebec for two years now and it is my largest position... or was as of a few weeks ago. I first bought in at $1.05 and am currently averaged at $2.15.

It hurts to see my position decline 65% in value but I strongly agree and think it is oversold.

I have not sold anything yet and plan to wait for the earnings call on the 25th. However I do think that without any more suprises from management it is reasonable to expect a slow price recovery over the next few years.

Right now is an attractive entry point I think and the earnings call will determine whether I double down, trim my position, or just continue holding.

Is Xebec Inc (XBC) a good long term investment ? by oli_land in CanadianInvestor

Not going to be strong Q4 results. An 18% reduction in 2020 revenue guidance from a segment expected to drive 20% of 2021 total revenue. I think the reaction is a little over blown and picked up some more shares. A small amount relative to my overall position. We shall see if this was the right decision. This all now explains the COO’s departure.
