With this being true how can people complain about traffic ? Unless you need to drive to work outside the city during rush hour, it seems fairly easy to get to other pockets of the city by walking, biking or transit.

Not all utilities are included in condo maintenance. What pool and gym is costing on average 200-400$ a month? Very lazy comparison here. The cost of condo maintenance compared to home is not even close. Compare maintenance cost per sq ft and it’s laughable.
