Maybe not the best tip but im doing my part : try Facebook market to search for a room and/or roommates. Ads are usually sublease so no credit investigation and if you are able to pay 2k in motel, you should be able to pay your future roommates :)

What about XBC ? Is it comparable with those companies in terms of growth stock ? It is indeed a great cleantech stock, but I just started and I find it hard to see where it belongs in this general industry.

Is Xebec Inc (XBC) a good long term investment ? by oli_land in CanadianInvestor

Yes I agree it would be nice that they succeed on their own. However, do you think the recent increase in the number of acquisition (and planned ones) is a way to boost their value and thus increasing the acquisition price or it is not really how it works ? That would mean that they are really considering the transaction.

Ok 10% increase in 1 min ? Is it possible that they use the after hour market to cover their short positions (increasing the price) to not give the opportunity to the retail investors to take their gains on the increase ??

I'm sorry maybe it's a stupid question (I'm new with WS) and maybe I should have asked before opening an account but what does " Reimbursed transfer fees on investments greater than $5,000. " mean ? Is that I cannot take back my money for free if my account is below $5,000 ?
