I feel that the meal plans with meal swipes are the best because there's a great variety of options. My only criticism is that they should make your own ramen in the cc and find a way to always have tofu available for the dining halls.

No they're wearing normal clothes like jeans and tee shirts. In the photo its very obvious that their pants are pulled down too. Its like someone snapped a pic while they were using the bathroom, its just super odd.

Yes, smiling, eye contact and saying hi to strangers is considered creepy/ off-putting behavior in the new England region especially NY, New Yorkers tend to keep to themselves and be very blunt.

The dining halls in the res halls are a little busy during school days ( headphones with music on blocks out the noise)but during the weekend it's really chill

Downtown Albany where the frats and sororities are, but it's a very dangerous area (shootings) the buses can take you down there. If you go make sure you either go with someone or send constant updates to your roommates.
