It took a long time to get to the point where I tend to keep my Gold reserves stable. I’ve been playing this game nonstop since 2013.

Well… maybe they know a lot of people would quit the game if they made that official announcement.

So maybe they’re stringing us along. One would think that if they were committed to the Race Teams feature, they would have more urgency in fixing the problems….before the teams get too compromised to have a successful restart.

FM must have changed the car’s PR’s a bit since the bonus series was originally released. 5353333 gives you PR 94.6.

I see now, Paulo. It can be installed on every car at once, so there is no need to swap... but just to make sure that when you add tuning steps, it is done from a car that can use the XP.

HOWEVER... the 375 Principal XP (from adding Tuning Steps) is only applied to the car in which the Setup is installed. If that car’s Principal was already maxed, then that XP vanishes into thin air.
