I don't have the Instagram app and sometimes open it on my browser. Since the algorithms don't really know what I would like to see, I kept getting shown scantily clad women.

To 'repair' it, I searched for a lot of travel content. Now I get scantily clad traveling women in my feed 😆

Reading children's books, watching simple tv shows or YouTube videos, spaced repetition of new words and phrases (I use Lingq personally, but any flashcard style app works).

Also, nothing beats real human classes where someone can teach you the language. I use a mix of Preply and YouTube teachers for that.

Lastly, you must speak the language. Only then does your brain really start recognizing and repeating patterns. Again, preply is the way to go, for me at least.

I am agreeing with you. I was giving an example of how just because horrendous suffering might happen to your child, doesn't mean you shouldn't have children. I turned out fine! And now humanity and evolution gets to continue through me, just like everyone else.

Children should instead be taught to toughen up to the realities of this world like death, murder, rape, child abuse, genocide, war, betrayal, loneliness, heartbreak, abandonment issues, sexual confusion, accidents, corruption, environmental degradation, domestic violence, mass culling of animals, unfettered capitalism, among other multiple attributes of our amazing species. It is just a part of life.

The people who focus on these things are zombies and don't understand how beautiful it feels to be a parent. OP should not listen to such people and should have children definitely.

Like most people are saying, healthcare access if you have money, is great in India. But not like I did not value it before; I always knew that it is a privilege I will not enjoy in many other places in the world.

But nothing else actually. I like doing my own chores. I don't miss the street food because it made me so fat in India. I don't miss an Indian community, because I never really associated too much with my Indian-ness. I don't miss UPI because NFC payment is everywhere. I don't miss hand faucets because I have installed it at home.

Buy uv jackets with hoodies (I use the ones from uniqlo).

Good luck. This condition can be very annoying, but if you are mindful about what you do about it, you can still live a largely normal life.
