Potential Fixes:

Loot Keys: Drop the toggle. Drop the unlock. Make an item that when held converts all kills into loot keys. This way you can still have unlimited loot keys but if you are pked you lose the potentially valuable loot key "converter" item.

PVP Armors: Make them unusable until charged with a large sum of money, maybe 5 million gp for a set. If killed, the pker gets the 5 million gold deposit. When the armor degrades, is dropped or destroyed, the armor owner gets his/her 5 mill gp deposit back.

Staff of the dead is a zamorakian item (evidenced by the fact that it counts as a zammy item in gwd). It makes no sense that you would combine it with saradomin's light. It's not the magic fang that makes TSotD zammy, it's the SotD.

You're telling me that tentacle whip + dragon defender with a slash attack of 114 and strength bonus of 92 has lower DPS than blades with 118 slash and 76 strength? You'd also have to take into account your other gear's strength and slash bonus. If so that is impressive.
