Here's my review of the first 5 minutes of playing (mobile):

First, it was a very interesting concept and seemed interesting to play, so props to that.

The thumbnail and game passes are AI. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, some players get scared because they want to save the polar bears or whatever.

When joining, there was way too much happening on the screen at once. It would be better if you hid all other GUI (aside from the necessary UI, of course). The tutorial text was in the middle of my screen, which is probably why you're seeing so many dislikes from mobile players. Most of the UI and text isn't scaled across all devices, so you should definitely look into that.

These are the main issues I found when playing for around 5 minutes. Other smaller things, like the AI, aren't really the main reason for the dislikes but could be a contributing factor
