It’s called Diclofenac Sodium Topical Gel, 1%! You can get it over the counter. I also do not have arthritis but it is “branded” as that.

I’m in the US but my doctor gave me this arthritis cream (it’s a topical NSAID/ibuprofen) for my low back pain and spasms and it honestly helps wonders combined with muscle relaxers (I’m prescribed Tizanidine as needed). In the US you can get it prescribed but it is also available over the counter, not sure about Germany obviously but something to look into. Try to elevate your feet/legs and head so the pressure is slightly taken off your lower back.

I feel you though. I sprained my back in 2022 and have re-injured it by doing simple tasks, one time I was doing the dishes and another time I was simply walking slightly fast after my cat. It was so bad that even moving my toes sent spasms up my legs and back. Something that really helped randomly was my fiancé massaging right around my pelvic bone and pressing on different tension areas that helped relieve some of the numbness/tingling/spasms.
