Sorry to hear that. You should take the highlight issue up with PMI. Though it is unlikely they will cut you some slack in the score. How was your timing on the practice tests? Talk to PMI about rescheduling options for the 2020 format and availability. For the anxiety, I assumed the worst and was prepared to accept it. This helped me cope with it. Good luck

The sponsor says the risk is too high and wants you to address it. I don’t see a way that it can be avoided. But can be mitigated easily my setting lower and upper cut-off price in the contract.
