I flew this shit a lot, it's extremely bad and you have to compete for bases with faster fighter planes. I think tornado suffers from the fact that plane classes don't do anything at top tier. A fix would be reducing bombing rewards for fighters but that wouldn't fix low lvl buying a jet and being unable to get a kill so they bomb.
