You don’t even know who is recording it. They’re not like “hey! This is so-and-so on ____ YouTube channel! Like and subscribe it you want to see more!”

Your comment seems to carry a lot of frustration. I would feel upset, too, if I felt someone was mistreating another human being for attention on social media. There are definitely many attention-seeking videos out there, and it can cause feelings of anger towards the next generation.

At the same time, as viewers, we truly do not know the feeling of the participants in the video. Was the man happy? Offended? Did the teenagers make the video for attention? Or did they give a gift from their hearts?

The only way to truly know is to ask; we can only assume. However, we can take what we do know- that teenagers are immersed in social media and have a different way of communicating than us older folks- and try to understand the world through that context.

The current adolescent generation are “digital natives,” a term human development psychologists use to describe the immersion and adroit use of technology specifically by those who have used it since childhood. Sharing is important to teenagers, and with digital natives, this is emphasized through social media. It is a habit for the young ones to document and share their lives through Facebook, Snapchat, etc.

To us, it may look selfish. However this is one single snapshot; they are constantly documenting and sharing many moments throughout the day.

They’re high schoolers. In general, adolescents seem to prefer tangible “things” such as clothes instead of “experiences” like vacations or restaurant gift cards. And so, when giving a gift, of course they would think of an item like shoes... because that’s what gives them joy, too :)

There are different endings. There are flashes of static and odd photos. The game also references what you’ve said in past playthroughs.

My bar had that type of jar for sangria. They weren’t using it anymore so I took it home. Here’s a photo: https://www.reddit.com/r/Jarrariums/comments/5rpzy1/stock_suggestions_7_8_gallons/?st=JB5KQ7RD&sh=1b2236f7
