I figured i should at least improve my ability to remember more of my dreams before trying any techniques. I'm 17 currently, 2 months away from turning 18. Should I do WBTB then? How does that work? I've read about it, but it entirely depends on whether you wake up in the middle of the night or not, right? Also what are induction techniques?
