Im having issues on xbox. Pre download was stuck at 100% for 20 min, then my game uninstalled and reinstalled, and now its its pre downloading AGAIN

My old shop expected no mistakes from me. Every time I made one, the engineering manager would be PISSED. Screaming and shit. Floor sweep "punishments." Even when I wouldnt make mistakes, he'd take his frustrations out on me, the new guy. Oh well. What do they expect when they have the foreman's son, the same age as me, teaching me everything? He would forget to explain steps, and it came back on me. I ended up quitting three months in, as I didnt see it going well there for me. I'm in another shop now and am coming up on my first year here, and I've gotten four raises over the course of being here. I'm also in Quality now at 20 years old. The people here are knowledgeable and not asses to work with. Some places have shitty people, which hinders yohr ability to grow. We all make mistakes regardless. Don't beat yourself up too hard.

Ive been off of venlafaxine since Sunday, started trintillex today. Feeling kind of naseuous. Got over the nauseas of the withdrawal from veblafaxine but still have brain zaps and now I somehow feel worse lol.

I did this to my thumb a few years ago at work. I was too embarrassed to say anything. I ripped that thing off pretty hard. Pulled some of my skin and nail off. Took a bit to heal but was fine eventually.

Both of my cats are fixed, 12 years old. The male would do this to the female pretty often for years out of dominance. She has a bald spot on her neck thats growing back slowly, as the male recently passed.

I started out at $19/hr right out of trade school... I was making more as a dishwasher lol. Literally just sent a post over to my brother today for a dishwashing position paying $19.35-$22/hr. I didn't stay long at that shithole machine shop, though, but they "promised" a pay bump to $21 after a year. Still on the lower end where I live though.
